Tour de LaRue

For the past 5 years LaRue County Schools & other community sponsors have been supporting Tour de LaRue. Tour de LaRue was created to help promote family time as well as health & wellness of students & families.

Biven, Mama & Garry have been participating for the past 4 years. This year Baines & I joined them and we had a great time!

Biven & I road the 1 miles from Hodgenville Elementary to Save-A-Lot. Biven did really good!! He only had to stop once. He is now determined to take his training wheels off and do the 6 1/2 mile next year!!

Mama, Garry, Baines & Allison all did the 6 1/2 mile bike ride. Baines wanted to go so bad, but when it got time he cried because he wanted to ride with me. However, it is our tradition that either Biven or Baines would ride with Mama & Garry. Biven is now to big to ride on the back of the bike, so Baines gets a turn. Mama said he finally stopped crying about Joel Ray's and enjoyed every minutes . . . . Thanks goodness for cows & horses!!!
